Lamb Lung

In addition to protein, Lamb Lung is also a good source of fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids such as Leucine, Lysine ,Valine, and Threonine. Lungs are rich in vitamins including B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 and niacin, which are water-soluble.
