Check your postal code at the top of the page to see if you're eligible for delivery. If you are outside of any of these delivery areas, please send us an email to hello@rawperformancedogfood.com and we will see if we can add you to our routes!
Orders must be placed by 11:00 am the day before your delivery day for same week delivery!
You will receive an email the morning of your delivery with an approximate delivery time and another at the time of delivery. If you would like to be texted or have our team knock/ring the doorbell when your order arrives, please make a note at checkout with the correct phone number and our team will be happy to accommodate this.
Please leave a cooler outside in warmer weather if you are not going to be home for your delivery. We are not responsible for the mishandling of products or products left unattended once they are delivered. Raw pet food should remain frozen until ready to be fed.
If you live in a low rise and/or have adequate parking for deliveries, contact us to see if we can make something work. If we can accommodate, deliveries will not be delivered to individual floors but instead left with the concierge. If your building does not have a concierge, the order will be left in the lobby.
If your building needs an access code for entry , please provide the code our team will need to get your order to you. This can be added to the notes section before check out!
