1. Overview

By submitting or tagging Raw Performance Dog Food (“Raw Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”), you agree to the terms below.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit or share content with us.

2. Ownership of Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you submit, or
• You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share it

You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. License to Use Content

By submitting or sharing UGC with Raw Performance Dog Food (including via upload, email, social media tagging, hashtags, or direct message), you grant us a: non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable licenseto use your content for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts and advertising
• Website and e-commerce use
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Printed marketing materials (catalogues, packaging, flyers, in-store displays)
• Paid advertising and promotional campaigns
• Press, media, and public relations
• Internal training and business presentations

This includes the right to:

• Edit, crop, resize, format, and adapt content
• Add text, branding, or overlays
• Combine with other content or media
• Use without attribution or credit

4. No Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not receive payment, royalties, or compensation for the use of your content
• Use of your content does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship

5. Right of Publicity Release

You grant Raw Performance Dog Food permission to use any likeness, image, pet likeness, name, username, or identifying information contained in your content for promotional purposes, without further approval or compensation.

6. Content Standards

You agree that submitted content will not:

• Be false, misleading, or defamatory
• Contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material
• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or decline to use any content at our discretion.

7. Social Media Tagging & Hashtags

By tagging us or using branded hashtags (including but not limited to #rawperformance, #rawperformancedogfood), you acknowledge that your content may be collected and used under these terms.

8. Revocation of Permission

Because content may be used in ongoing campaigns (including printed or paid ads), you understand that:

• We may not be able to remove content immediately from all uses once published
• We will make reasonable efforts to remove content upon request where feasible
